摘 要:
为了便于对体外培养心肌细胞的生理参数进行无损、实时分析,利用光寻址电位传感器（light-addressable potentiometric sensor,LAPS）开发了一种可用于细胞搏动检测的新型细胞传感器.将心肌细胞培养在LAPS表面,伴随细胞机械搏动而产生的胞外电位和细胞形态的共同改变,将对LAPS系统的光生电流进行调制,从而改变传感器的输出.为了研究该传感器在药物有效成分筛选分析中的潜在应用,以典型的心血管抑制药物（卡巴胆碱）和激动药物（异丙肾上腺素）为例进行了研究,结果表明,它们对心肌细胞的搏动频率、幅度,以及持续时间等参数均有特征性的作用.[著者文摘]

Beating cardiac cell-based biosensor and its application in drugs screening

Abstract:
A novel cell-based biosensor using light-addressable potentiometric sensor （LAPS） for beating detection of cells was developed to real-time and noninvasively monitor the physiological parameters cultured cardiac cells. When cardiac cells were cultured on the surface of LAPS, changes of extracellular potentials and cell shapes with their mechanically beatings modulated the photocurrents in the LAPS system and changed the output of the sensor. Typical cardiac stimulant （isoproterenol） and relaxant （carbamylcholine） were taken as example to detect biosensor＇ s potential application in drugs＇ active compounds screening. Experiment showed that the drugs had characteristic effects on the cardiac cells in term of changes of beating frequency, amplitude and duration.[著者文摘]
