摘 要:
水产品市场需求结构是决定渔业产业结构的重要因素。近年来，上海市民对优质水产品的需求量持续增长，导致上海的渔业产业结构不断发生变化。在水产养殖方面，常规养殖渔业发展缓慢，名特优等特种水产养殖业发展快速。近年来，上海的远洋渔业也得到稳步发展，但是，捕捞产品仍然以外销为主。上海的水产加工业依然发展缓慢，而且加工能力又相对集中于市郊。在第三产业方面，休闲渔业和水产品物流业刚刚起步，但是观赏鱼产业却得到快速发展。通过对上海近几年渔业产业结构的变化特征分析，提出了发展上海水产业的经济政策。为推动上海渔业产业的健康可持续发展，上海应积极建设渔业保障体系，建设重点工程项目，为渔业产业发展提供系统支撑和工程支撑。[著者文摘]

The current situation of fishery industry structure in Shanghai and its countermeasures

Abstract:
The demand structure of aquatic products determines fisheries industry structure. The increasing demand of high quality aquatic products of citizens in Shanghai led to the great changes of fisheries industry structure in Shanghai in recent years. These changes include the rapid development farming fisheries for famous, special, and high quality species and the steady development of distant water fisheries. In Shanghai, the products from distant water fisheries are mainly sold abroad. In recent years, the aquatic product processing industry develops very slowly and the processing capability comparatively concentrates on several districts. However, the recreational fisheries develop very quickly and the logistics of fisheries are just making a beginning. In the paper, the authors discuss the fishery policies based on the analysis of these changes in recent years. The authors think that Shanghai should develop fishery ensuring system and pay more attention to the key fishery projects in order to promote the sustainable development.[著者文摘]
