摘 要:
云南省在全省森林分类区划的基础上,2004年以县为单位开展了国家重点公益林和两类林的区划界定及调整工作,并经国家林业局、财政部核查认定,确认云南省国家重点公益林面积为791.8万hm^2。文章介绍了中央森林生态补偿基金的补偿范围、项目实施2年来取得的成绩、工作经验,分析了工作中存在的问题,提出了今后工作的建议。[著者文摘]

The Main Methods for Implementing Central Forest Ecological Benefit Compensation Fund Project in Yunnan and Relevant Issues

Abstract:
In accordance with forest classification series in whole province,Yunnan developed demarcation and adjustment of national prior non-commercial forest and two types of forest taking county as a unit in 2004.Approved and reexamined by Ministry of Forestry and Ministry of Finance,the area of national prior non-commercial forest was 7.918 million hm？ in Yunnan province.The paper introduces the scope of compensation of central forest ecological compensation fund,summarizes the achievement and working experiences obtained from 2-year project implementation,analyzes the existing problems and proposes the suggestions for the work in the future.[著者文摘]
