在实地调查的基础上,分析了北京市自然保护区投资与基本建设中存在的主要问题有资金投入总量不足,来源结构不平衡,分配结构不合理,资金投入缺乏制度保障等。并在此基础上提出了相应的对策建议。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
Based on the field survey,the paper analyzes the major issues existed in investment and fundamental construction of nature reserves in Beijing,which can be identified as insufficient total amount of fund input,unbalanced source structure,unreasonable allocation structure and short of system guarantee for fund input.Therefore,it also puts forward corresponding countermeasures.[著者文摘]
