渔用高强度聚乙烯和普通聚乙烯六角形经编网片的拉伸力学性能比较研究

摘 要:
对渔用高强度聚乙烯六角形网目经编网片(以下简称HSPE六角形经编网片)和普通聚乙烯六角形网目经编网片(以下简称PE六角形经编网片)的拉伸力学性能进行了比较研究。结果表明,在同等条件下,HSPE六角形经编网片的网片强力高于PE六角形经编网片,而网片纵向断裂伸长率则小于后者。网片拉伸力学性能测试数据标准(偏)差、再现性标准(偏)差及变异系数均较小,表示测试结果的分散性较小。在保持其他条件不变的前提下,使用HSPE六角形经编网片比使用PE六角形经编网片更经济,其在网箱等渔业生产中推广应用上具有可行性。[著者文摘]

Comparative study on tensile mechanical properties of high-strength polyethylene and common polyethylene raschel hexagonal fishing net

Abstract:
Comparison of tensile mechanical properties between high-strength polyethylene (HSPE) and common polyethylene (PE) raschel hexagonal fishing net was made by applying the GB/T 18673 national standard. Under the same conditions, (including netting type, mesh size, linear density of monofilament, nominal ply, average netting density and circle forming yarn number), the 36-strand HSPE raschel hexagonal fishing net showed significantly higher strength than the 36-strand PE net in tensile mechanical properties. Under the above-mentioned conditions, the 36-strand HSPE raschel net was more advantageous in netting strength than the 36-strand PE raschel net, while in percentage of breaking elongation in N-direction, the latter outperformed the former. Under the same conditions, the HSPE raschel hexagonal net was more economical than the PE net.[著者文摘]
