氢燃料发动机起动控制策略与试验

摘 要:
将SQR480EF型发动机改造成氢燃料发动机,设计了控制单元,实现了对氢燃料发动机起动控制参数的优化控制。根据氢燃料的物理化学特性,研究了氢燃料发动机起动的控制机理,制定了相关的起动控制策略。对氢气喷射量和空气量进行精确控制,实现对氢燃料发动机起动工况空燃比的研究。同时通过大量试验调试,对点火提前角、点火闭合时间、喷气正时、电子节气门开度、起动喷气脉宽进行优化控制,使发动机起动响应时间快,起动后转速波动平稳;同时避免了氢燃料发动机起动时易出现的回火、早燃、放炮等异常燃烧现象。[著者文摘]

Research on Start Control Strategy and Experiment of Hydrogen-fueled Engine

Abstract:
A hydrogen-fueled engine that had been redesigned based on SQR480EF engine was introduced, the hardware and software of electrical control unit was developed, and the experimental parameters optimization control of hydrogen-fueled engine was realized. According to the physics and chemistry characteristics of hydrogen fuel, the start control mechanism of hydrogen fuel engine was researched and start control strategy was established. In order to research start air-fuel ratio of hydrogen-fueled engine, the hydrogen injection quantity and air quantity were controlled. Meantime, through great deal of experiments, spark advance angles, ignition dwell angles, start injection width and electrical throttle threshold were optimally controlled. At last, quick response time of hydrogen-fueled engine was realized, speed stability after successful start was controlled. At the same time, backfire, preignition and fire a gun in the start state of hydrogen fueled engine were avoided.[著者文摘]
