开式叶轮高速离心泵叶形对泵内流场的影响分析

摘  要:

采用多块贴体网格技术、壁面函数和S—A湍流模型,对开式辐射形叶轮、开式弧形叶轮结构的高速离心泵叶轮内部流场进行了数值模拟,并对模拟样机进行了试验研究。通过数值模拟与试验结果比较分析,得出该数值模拟结果与试验结果相符。证明了该数值模拟的方法可以较好地模拟离心泵叶轮内流场,揭示了不同叶形的叶轮内流场的变化规律。[著者文摘]

Abstract:

By using multi-block grid technique, wall-function method and S-A turbulent model, numerical simulation for liquid flow in inner flow field of high-speed centrifugal pump impeller with open radial impeller and open camber impeller have been done. And the simulative sample was tested and studied. After comparing and analyzing the results of numerical simulation and examination, the numerical value simulation result confirmed to the examination result that had been gained. And such simulative method was proved to be a good method to simulate the flow field in centrifugal pump impeller. Thus the variational rule of flow field in impeller caused by different impeller types was detected.[著者文摘]
