米糠油制备生物柴油的工艺优化和燃料特性

摘 要:
研究了米糠油在KOH为催化剂的作用下通过甲酯化反应制备生物柴油的工艺。考察了醇油摩尔比、催化剂用量、反应温度、反应时间对转化率的影响,采用气相色谱测定了反应体系中脂肪酸甲酯的转化率。应用正交实验确定了米糠油酯交换的最佳反应条件为:醇油摩尔比6、催化剂质量分数0.9%、反应温度50℃、反应时间45min。通过实验对其燃料性能进行研究,将各项燃料性能和美国ATSM或德国DIN标准进行比较,均达到相关标准。测定了燃用生物柴油的柴油机输出功率、油耗及其排放性能,并与0号柴油进行了比较,其燃料性能和0号柴油相当,并可显著降低CO、HC排放量,而Nox排放量略有升高。[著者文摘]

Optimum Technology Preparation of Biodiesel from Rice Bran Oil and Fuel Properties

Abstract:
A research was reported that biodiesel was produced by alkaline-catalyzed transesterification of rice bran oil. The content of methyl ester was analyzed by chromatographic analysis. Through orthogonal analysis of parameters in a four-factor and three-level test, the optimum condition was obtained for the transesterification, molar ratio of oil was 6, usage amount of KOH was 0.9%, reaction temperature was 50℃ and reaction duration was 45 min. Fuel properties of RBO biodiesel were studied and compared with American and European standards for biodiesel. Fuel properties are very similar to those of 0^# diesel. Emission tests have shown a marked decrease in CO, HC and slight increase in NOx.[著者文摘]
