杠杆式水果高速分级卸料装置的优化设计

摘 要:
设计了一种杠杆式水果分级卸料装置,该装置可直接安装在水果自动分选机的滚子式水果输送装置上,输送过程中不影响水果的输送和翻转,可在自动分选机主控系统指令下自动实时完成水果的高速分级卸料。对分选杠杆和分选凸轮进行了优化设计,保证整个卸料过程对水果都没有明显的碰撞和冲击。实际运行表明,该装置能对大小相差近一倍的苹果实施高速平稳卸料,且卸料后的苹果没有明显损伤。[著者文摘]

Optimal Design of the Lever-styled High-speed Fruits Discharging Assembly

Abstract:
A novel lever-styled high-speed fruits discharging assembly for automated fruits grader was developed, which could be integrated into the roller conveyor of the fruits grader without interfering the transportation and rotation of the fruits in the transportation period, and could discharge fruits automatically at a high speed under the instruction of the grader controller in the discharging period. The shape of the lever and the discharging cam has been optimized to ensure that fruits would not receive any damaging impact during discharging. The practical operating results showed that the discharging assembly designed could discharge apples with diameters of 50~100 mm at high-speed with smoothly running, and the apples had no visible damage after discharging.[著者文摘]
