摘 要:
通过对发动机缓速器工作循环的理论分析,建立了发动机缓速器工作过程的数学模型。以某型号柴油机为例进行了数值模拟计算,对缓速器减压气门开启提前角、最大开启升程等不同运行参数进行了对比。研究结果表明,当发动机转速一定时,有一对应的最佳减压气门开启提前角,当减压气门最大升程越大、开启速度越快时,获得的每循环制动功则越大。[著者文摘]

Influence of Release Valve Braking Performance Working Parameters on of Engine Retarder

Abstract:
The working procession of engine retarder was discussed. With a diesel engine as an example, the mathematical model of compression release engine retarder was created. The influence of release valve working parameters on the braking performance was analyzed by the method of numerical simulation. The simulation results showed that there was a crank angle before the top dead center to one engine speed specified to get the maximum brake power, this angle was bigger when the engine speed was higher; and the higher release valve lift or the faster release valve velocity was, the more brake power could be gotten.[著者文摘]
