摘 要:
盐藻体内甘油累积含量可达其干重的40%。降低盐藻培养液中可溶性无机碳源含量,并增加葡萄糖混合培养基,对杜氏盐藻的生长特性会产生显著影响。在缺乏无机碳源的情况下,最适宜藻体生长的葡萄糖浓度为15%-20%。藻体处于对数生长期时,葡萄糖消耗速度较快,处于稳定期后,葡萄糖消耗速率下降。葡萄糖浓度为20%时,藻体内甘油含量最高。[著者文摘]

Effects of glucose concentration on the cultivation of dunalialla salina

Abstract:
This study investigated the effects of concentration of glucose on cultivating Dunaliella Salina. By reducing the amount of dissolvable inorganic carbon resource and increasing the concentration of glucose as the carbon resource of the Dunaliella Salina,some major effects were determined. The results indicate that the optimum concentration of glucose is between 15% and 20%. The D.Salina in the exponential phase consumed the glucose faster than other phases. The concentration of glycerol was the highest with the concentration of glucose of 20%.[著者文摘]
