小桐子在不同浓度沼液中发芽的研究

摘 要:
对小桐子在不同浓度沼液中发芽的情况进行了研究。结果表明:5%(质量分数,下同)沼液有利于小桐子发芽以及茎和叶的生长;5%,10%,20%,40%的沼液能降低小桐子种子的腐烂率;10%沼液对小桐子茎和叶的生长有促进作用,对根的生长有极明显的抑制作用;20%以上的沼液抑制小桐子发芽和茎、叶生长,且浓度越大抑制作用越强。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
This paper reported the effect of biogas fluid in different concentration on the germination of Jatropha curcas L. Biogas fluid in the concentration of 5% could promote the growth of stem and lamina; concentration of 5%, 10%, 20% and 40% could reduce the rotted rate of seed; concentration of 10% could promote the growth of stem and lamina and restrain the growth of root; when the concentration surpass 20%, biogas fluid could restrain the growth of stem, lamina and root. The higher the concentration is, the larger inhibited effect would be.[著者文摘]
