摘 要:
沼气池是否漏水直接关系到建池的成败。混凝土配料比例不当，拌合不均匀，粉刷质量差，池子养护不好，池身受到较大震动等原因都会造成不同程度的砂眼、裂缝，导致沼气池出现漏水现象。采用各种检查方法，查出沼气池漏水部位后，注上记号，根据不同情况分别采取不同措施，修复裂缝，切实解决好沼气池漏水问题，使“病态池”得以修复，是确保沼气建设事业可持续发展的有效措施。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
Biogas digester leakage is a key problem. The following problems will cause the occurrence of sand holes of different size and different amount： improper proportion of concrete composition; uneven blending; bad plastering; bad digester maintenance; greater shaking of digester-body and etc., the fissures will also cause leakage. Finding the part of leakage through various methods of inspection, and marking the position, different mending measures should be taken based on different problems. For mending the fissure, chisel the fissure into ＂V＂ shape, rough piaster around,filling the leakage hole with the mixture of sodium silicate liquid and cement and other measurements will effectively solve the leakage problem and resume the function of the digester.[著者文摘]
