摘 要:
为验证理论计算,获取相关高频参数,进行了QWR超导腔冷模实验。用网络分析仪测量了相同尺寸的谐振腔模型,获得了谐振腔在常温下的频率、品质因子及耦合器对谐振频率的影响等数据。用实验对理论计算结果进行验证,经理论分析后,反演得到低温超导态下的QWR超导腔及耦合器的工作参数。[著者文摘]
