The Ontological Meanings of Taoism and Idea

Abstract:
In the ontological field, either Lao-tze＇s Taoism or Plato＇s Idea can be seen as a Dualism. In fact, the dualities of Taoism are different from the ones of Idea. They differ in the ways of their existences, interactions and the relations with artistic creation. These differences reveal the different academic purposes of Taoism and Idea, that is to say, the former pays more attention to the practice while the latter thinks a lot of knowledge.[著者文摘]
