Abstract:
After the World WarlI, Austria was occupied respectively by Russia, America, England and France. Until 1955 Austria regained its independence and liberty. But as an extra condition, Austria firmly established a permanent neutrality foreign policy. Austrian adoption of the permanent neutrality policy is closely related to the Cold War between Russia and America.[著者文摘]
