摘 要:
为了提高凿岩钎杆用中空钢的使用寿命,设计了奇数边截面形状的中空钢。比较了正六、正七、正八、正九边形中空钢的抗拉压和抗弯曲能力,结果显示奇数边中空钢的抗断裂和抗弯曲能力更强。对正七边中空钢进行了滚动模拉拔成型过程的数值模拟,结果表明,成型外形符合标准技术要求,应力和温度分布均匀,该方法可用于制造奇数边中空钢钎杆。[著者文摘]

Geometric Parameters and Numerical Simulation of Drawing Process for Odd Number Side Drill Hollow Steel Stem

Abstract:
In order to enhance the service life of hollow steel for rock drill stem, the odd number side section shape hollow steel has been designed. Compared the tensile, compressive and bending resistance of ortho- six, seven, eight and nine side polygon hollow steels, it indicated that the odd number side hollow steels have better fracture and bending resistance than that of the even number hollow steels. Thge numerical simulation of drawing forming process of ortho-seven- side polygon hollow steel with rolling drawing has been carried out, the results showed that the forming shape met the requirement of technical standard, and the distribution of stress and temperature was uniform, it shall be available for manufacture of odd number side hollow steel stem.[著者文摘]
