摘 要:
阐述了电厂运行操作中因违反“两票三制”、执行操作标准不统一、操作过程不精心准备、不认真分析和严格执行正确的操作步骤而引发的各类运行事故，提出了在电力生产中对运行操作实施标准化管理，即在电厂中建立各种典型倒闸操作票的同时，还应对各运行设备的安全隔离与恢复启动建立一套完善的标准化执行措施，为电力安全生产提供可靠保障。[著者文摘]

Discussion on Operation Standardization of Wujiangdu Hydropower Plant

Abstract:
Because of violation of work regulations, disunity of operation standards and lack of sufficient preparation and analysis in the operation, many kinds of accidents happened. So the operation standardization of hydropower plants is necessary. That is, based on kinds of typical switch operation orders, a series of standardized executing measurements should be adopted for the safe isolation and re-startup of various equipment to ensure the reliability of electric power production.[著者文摘]
