摘 要:
本试验以苯酚、三聚氰胺、甲醛为主要原料合成了PMF共缩聚树脂。研究考查了各原料配比对PMF树脂性能的影响,取n(F1)/n(P)、n(M)/n(P)、n(F2)/n(M)、n(NaOH)/n(P)为4个因素,对其进行优化试验,从而得到最佳优化配方。本试验合成的PMF树脂性能优良,用其压制的竹帘胶合板物理力学性能达到JG/T1.56-2004所规定的竹模板物理力学性能要求。并且,原料成本较PF树脂低,仅为竹胶合板用2122型PF树脂的66.1%左右。[著者文摘]

Developing of "Phenol-melamine-formaldehyde" co-condensed resins

Abstract:
The experiment synthesized PMF resins was taking phenol, melamine, formaldehyde as main materials. The influence of inverse proportion on capability of PMF were investigated. We choosed four factors: n ( F1 )/n ( P), n (M)/n (P) , n ( F2 )/n (M) , n (NaOH)/n(P), and carried through optimized examinations. A best directions for synthesizing PMF resin was found consequently. The properties of PMF resins that we synthesized in the experiment were wonderful. Properties of veneers bonded with PMF can mcas- me up JG/T 156 -2004. And the cost of materials is lower than that PF, just was 66.1% of the cost of PF.[著者文摘]
