摘 要:
从城市水资源需求管理的渊源、内涵和构架体系进行探讨.并以北京市公共生活用水定额管理研究实践为例,分析了北京市公共生活用水的现状及其管理中存在的问题,建立了5类公共生活用水行业的用水定额,建立了北京市公共生活用水需求管理信息系统平台。实践表明,我国实施城市水资源需求管理的基础和首要工作是建立用水定额体系,技术基础是建立基于MIS/GIS的信息系统平台,实现用水管理的现代化和数字化。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
Orrgin connotaion and structure of urban water demand management was discussed in depth as well Meanwhile, taking Beijing public living water quota management study as a case, public living water and problems was analyzed in depth. Public living water demand management information system platform was built up, too. Eventually, this paper gave two conclusions as follows: firstly, urban water quota system construction is the first step to implement urban water demand management in China, information system platform construction based on MIS and GIS is technological basis for accelerating water management modernization and digitization.[著者文摘]
