摘 要:
水库的调度运用除了考虑防洪、灌溉、供水、发电、航运等各项功能外,还要利用水库能灵活调控水位、流量的特点,实施以保护和改善环境及生态的调度,消除或缓解兴建水库对生态与环境带来的不利影响。针对三峡工程的具体情况,提出了改善长江口成潮入侵情势的调度及有利于“四大家鱼”产卵的调度设想。[著者文摘]

Studies on biological regulation of Three Gorges Project

Abstract:
Besides functions of flood control, irrigation, water supply, power generation and navigation, the operation of reservoir should make use of its benefits of regulating water level and quantity of flow, performing an environmental-friendly regulation, in order to reduce negative impact of dam on the ecology and environment. In light of the actual condition of the Three Georges Project, a regulation proposal is put forward for alleviating invasion of seawater tide to the estuary of the Yangtze River and enhancing spawning of "four fish species" in the Yangtze River.[著者文摘]
