长江流域取水许可总量控制指标制定方法研究

摘 要:
取水许可总量控制指标的研究可以为科学实施取水许可管理制度提供定量化的技术支撑。通过对长江流域水资源综合研究，提出了长江流域取水许可总量控制指标研究的范围，指标制定的原则、方法以及具体方案，并分析计算了不同方案2010年长江流域的工业用水、生活用水、农业用水以及总用水量的取水许可总量控制指标。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
The study on the index of total quantity control of permitted water withdrawal provides a quantitative technical support for the implementation of water licensing system. The paper introduces the scope of study, and principle and method of defining index and alternatives and also calculates the total control indexes of water withdrawal of these alternatives in industrial, agricultural, domestic and total water consumption by 2010 in the Yangtze River Basin.[著者文摘]
