摘 要:
在一台TY1100单缸柴油机的进气管上安装了一套电控甲醇喷射装置，进行了高比例甲醇柴油双燃料发动机燃烧和排放特性的试验研究．研究表明：在相同的平均有效压力和转速条件下，随着甲醇质量分数的增加，双燃料燃烧的滞燃期增加，主燃期缩短，放热率曲线第1峰值增大，第2峰值减小，表明预混燃烧量增加而扩散燃烧量减少；高负荷时放热率曲线型心向上止点靠近，燃烧等容度提高，当量柴油燃料消耗率显著下降；在高比例甲醇柴油双燃料工作模式下，发动机的HC和CO排放有所升高，但Nq和碳烟排放大幅度下降．[著者文摘]

Combustion and Emission Characteristics of a DI Engine Operating on High Proportion of Methanol-Diesel Dual Fuel

Abstract:
Combustion and emission characteristics of a TYllO0 diesel operating on high proportion of methanol-diesel dual fuel were investigated when the engine was equipped with an electronically controlled methanol port injection system. Under the same brake mean effective pressure （bmep） and engine speed, the ignition delay increases while the main combustion duration decreases with the increase of methanol mass fraction. The first peak value of heat release rate increases and the second peak value decreases, which indicates that the fraction of premixed burning amount increases while diffusive burning amount decreases. Moreover, the center of heat release rate curve closes to the top-dead-center under high-load condition and diesel equivalent fuel consttmption decreases. NOx and smoke decrease significantly while HC and CO concentration increase.[著者文摘]
