海洛因中毒性脑病的生理特点与DWI表现

摘  要:

目的分析和探讨海洛因中毒性脑病的生理病理特点及DWI表现.方法对6例海洛因中毒性脑病患者行头颅磁共振弥散加权成像(DWI).结果可见双侧小脑、内囊后肢、枕顶叶深部白质、胼胝体、脑干等白质区域异常信号,常规MRI为长T1长T2信号,DWI弥散加权图呈高信号.结论根据海洛因中毒性脑病生理及病理特点行DWI可对本病早期诊断.[著者文摘]

Abstract:

Objective To analyze and investigate the physiological pathological characters and appearance of diffusion weighted imaging of toxic encephalopathy in heroin. Methods Magnetic resonance imaging diffusion weighted imaging examination was performed with 6 cases with toxic encephalopathy of heroin. Results Acute onset, progressive dysarthria, cerebellar ataxia, delayed reaction and pyramidal sign were the main clinical manifestions. Brain MRI revealed diffused and symmetrical white matter abnormal signal especially in the cerebellum, posterior limbs of the internal capsule, white matter of posterior cerebrum and brainstem. The lesion were shown the length of T1 and T2 signals on MRI, and hyperdensity on DWI. Conclusion According the physiological pathological characters of toxic encephalopathy after inhaling heroin, DWI should be valuable for the diagnosis of toxic encephalopathy after inhaling heroin.[著者文摘]
