摘 要:
目的探讨高频阴道彩超下宫腔声学造影（TV-SHG）对Ⅰ期（Ⅰa，Ⅰb，Ⅰc）子宫内膜癌的诊断价值。方法对49例术前行TV-SHG检查，经手术病理证实的28例I期子宫内膜癌患者进行分析，根据二维图像特点和病灶内部及周围肌层的彩色血流情况，判断其肌层浸润程度，并与术后病理结果进行对照分析。结果I期子宫内膜癌28例，Ⅰa期10例，Ⅰb期14例，Ⅰc期4例，TVS敏感性为67.8％，特异性为85.7％，准确率为75.5％；TV-SHG敏感性为85.7％，特异性为95.2％，准确率为89.8％。结论TV-SHG能较准确地诊断I期（Ⅰa，Ⅰb，Ⅰc）子宫内膜癌，为术前判断肌层浸润程度提供了有效方法，对临床早期发现子宫内膜癌、制定手术治疗方案提供可靠依据。[著者文摘]

Value of the Transvaginal Sonohysterography for the Stage I Endometrial Cancer

Abstract:
Objective To discuss the diagnosis value of the high frequency Transvaginal Sonohysterosgraphy（TV-SHG） in diagnosing the Stage I （ Ia, Ib, Ic） Endometrial Cancer. Methods 49 cases were performed the routine TV-SHG before surgery. And 28 cases diagnosed as stage I endometrial carcinoma by the surgical pathology were used to analyze the pathological results of the fre and post-surgery. According to the two-dimensional image＇s features and the color blood flow conditions in the inner and surrounding of tumor as well as judging the tumor depth. Results Stage I endometrial cancer were 28 cases, 10 cases were stage Ia, 14 stage Ib, and 4 stage Ic. The sensitivity, differential rate and accuracy rate of the TVS and TV-SHG were 67.8%,85.7%, 75.5% and 85.7%, 95.2%, 89.8% respectively. Conclusion The TV-SHG can diagnose accurately the Stage I （ Ia, Ib, Ic） endometrial cancer, which can provide effective approach to judge the tumor depth before operation, and provide reliable diagnosis basis for early finding the endometrial cancer,schedule the therapy plan.[著者文摘]
