聚氯乙烯辐射效应的NMR研究

摘 要:
用^1H和^13C NMR谱,FT-IR光谱等方法研究了聚氯乙烯(PVC)在限量空气氛室温下经^60Co γ射线辐照后的辐照效应.结果表明PVC大分子链的脱HCI方式,受辐射剂量的影响.当辐射剂量达到2.8×10^5 Gy时,PVC以大分子链内脱HCl为主,产生部分-CH-CH=结构,使得-CHCl的运动受阻,表现为T2减小.不同溶剂对聚合物质子自旋-自旋弛豫时间(T2)的影响,反映出溶剂效应和聚合物链在溶剂中的“伸展”状态.而水质子峰随着辐照剂量的增大而逐渐向低场位移,则是由于HCl与溶剂中的H2O在微酸性溶液中发生了快速的质子交换之故.[著者文摘]

Abstract:
The effects of ^60Co irradiation on polyvinyl chloride(PVC) resin were studied by ^1H and ^13C NMR spectroscopy, proton spin-spin relaxation time (T2) measurement and FT-IR spectroscopy. The results indicated ^60Co irradiation induces degradation in PVC resin. T2 of the protons in -CH2 was found to increase with the irradiation dose, and this can be attributed to the fact that T2 of -CH2 protons is mainly determined by low frequency and long range motion of the chain, and is insensitive to short range segmental motion in the polymer structure. The results of ^13C NMR measurements showed that ^60Co rays irradiation causes oxidization of the polymer, as indicated by the appearance of carbonyl signals.[著者文摘]
