摘 要:
教师资格制度是国家对教师实行的职业资格认定制度,从中日教师资格制度来看,无论是教师资格制度的建立时间,还是对教师的任职要求、职前教育内容、证书的划分,两国均有很大的差别。要完善我国教师资格制度,我们应当借鉴日本在此方面的成功经验:首先,扩充教师资格证书种类;其次,合理分科和提高教师学历要求;第三,实行年检制度,打破教师资格证的终身有效性,推动我国教师队伍的专业化发展。[著者文摘]

Teacher Qualification System Between China and Japan: Comparison and Reference

Abstract:
Teacher qualification system is a system which is carried out by the country to confirm a teacher's career qualification. There are great differences between the two countries'teacher qualification system in history, standards, profession, pre-cultivating contents and the division of ranks. In order to consummate our country's teacher qualification system, we should absorb the successful experiences of Japan that is, expanding the kinds of teacher qualification certification, sorting logically and enhancing teacher's academic credentials, implement of yearly-test system, breaking the lifelong validity of teacher's qualification certificate and putting forward the teacher's professional development of our country.[著者文摘]
