摘 要:
要充分发挥高校宣传思想工作对构建和谐校园的促进作用，首先就必须深入分析当前高校宣传思想工作面临的内外挑战和存在的主要问题，进而在此基础上适应和谐校园建设的需要，着力发挥高校宣传思想工作的思想引领功能、精神激励功能、舆论导向功能、道德教化功能、文化锻造功能，并在构建和谐校园过程中，进一步推动高校宣传思想工作的观念创新、内容创新、方法创新、机制创新。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
To fully exert the role of university ideological propaganda work in constructing the harmonious campus, the inner and outside challenges which it is nowadays confronting and its existing issues must be firstly analyzed in detail. And then based on those to conform to the demand of harmonious campus construction, the functions of university ideological propaganda work can be effectively exerted such as thought leading, spiritual encouragement, consensus guide, moral domestication, cultural molding. Meanwhile, in the course of harmonious campus construction, ideological propaganda work can be promoted further in its conceptual innovation, content innovation, approach innovation and systematic innovation.[著者文摘]
