摘 要:
随着全球化时代的到来,中国文化开始面临着新一轮的挑战,加速发展文化“软实力”已成为汇聚民族精神、增强综合国力和拓展外向影响的重大现实问题。根据“软实力”的来源与影响,我们有必要从思想层面上筑牢价值观的坚实基础,从制度层面上根除缺乏创新力的固有“病灶”,从器物层面上打造创新文化的得力载体,使中国古老而灿烂的文化真正成为国家“软实力”的必备部分和有益助手。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
Chinese culture is facing new challenges in the globalization. In the Chinese soffpower advancement, it is unavoidable to strengthen the cultural building for converging the nation＇s spirit, improving the synthetic power and extending the outword influence. According to the idea of ＂Softpower＂ , our cultural building lies on the three layers of spirit, system and matter, we need to strengthen the values in the spiritual layer, to root up the fault of lacking creativity, and to produce the new culture＇s carrier.
