基于港口实施纵向战略联盟下的港口集团式双扇型供应链基本结构模型,研究供应链供需计划同步问题,目标是考虑需求的不确定性,制定从供应商到客户整个港口纵向供应链系统同步的供应计划和需求计划.依据供应链系统中物流、信息流、成本流的流程,详细阐述供应计划和需求计划子模型的建立过程,在此基础上考虑需求不确定性,建立带有补偿问题的基于纵向联盟的港口供应链供需同步二级随机规划模型.[著者文摘]

Synchronized supply and demand model based on double-fan supplying chain of harbor group

Abstract:
Based on the basic structure mode of double-fan supplying chain of harbor group under control of longitudinal strategic alliance, a study was performed on the supply and demand synchronization problem to make synchronized supply and demand plan for the longitudinal supplying chain system from traders to customers for a whole port with the uncertainty of demand taken into account. According to the flow chart of logistics, information flow, and cost flow, the sub-model establishing process for supply and demand plans was described in details. Moreover, with the uncertainty of demand taken into account, a two-stage random planning model for synchronized supply and demand of port supplying chain with compensation mechanism under control of longitudinal strategic alliance was developed.[著者文摘]
