摘 要:
对油松花粉中总黄酮的提取条件进行了研究。其最优提取条件为:温度为70℃,溶剂乙醇浓度为60%,液固比为10:1,加热回流提取。在此条件下,用NaNO2-Al(NO3)3-NaOH显色法测定的总黄酮为1.41%。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
The extraction conditions of total flavonoids from Chinese pine pollen were studied in this paper. The optimum reflux extraction conditions were as follows: temperature of 70℃, ethanol content of 60% and ratio of solid to liquid of 10:1.
