Reform of Management System for State-owned Forest in New Zealand and Its Implication to China

Abstract:
China＇s forestry is in a critically transitional period, and is experiencing a historic shift from focusing on timber production to ecological improvement. The function of forestry administration and sector changed correspondingly. It is necessary to study reform of state-owned forest in typical countries in order to strengthen reform capability for Chinese per, the reform background of Zelanian state-owned forest, reform state-owned forest. In this pacontents, issue and challenge, implication to China are introduced and reviewed. The aim of this paper is to improve Chinese state -owned forest reform and forest sustainable development based on the typical countries＇ implications to China.[著者文摘]
