在pH 2.6的Na2HPO4-柠檬酸溶液中,四羧基锌酞菁与表面活性剂(CPB)发生缔合导致体系吸光度降低,加入乙醇可使该化合物解聚,使体系吸光度恢复,并且乙醇加入量与吸光度增加值呈正比,据此拟定了测定乙醇的新方法。测定波长λ=621 nm,线性范围为体积分数0-45%乙醇,检出限为2.84%。已用于实际白酒中乙醇的测定,与标准的比重法相比,结果基本吻合。[著者文摘]

Spectrophotometric determination of ethanol in alcoholic beverage by the system of tetra carboxylic-zinc phthalocyanine-surfactant

Abstract:
A new spectrophotometric method is reported for the determination of ethanol in alcoholic beverage. The method is based on the principle that tetra carboxylic-zinc phthalocyaninc (ZnPc(COOH)4) reacted with cationic surfactant, cetylpyridinium bromide (CPB), to produce a association in Na2HPO4-citric acid buffer solution of pH 2.6. Therefore, its absorbance is reduced, but the aggregate is disaggregated by the addition of ethanol and the absorbance is recovered. The maximum wavelength is at 621 nm, the linear determination range for ethanol is 0% - 45% ( V/ V), the detection limits is 2.84% ( V/V). This method has been used to determine the ethanol content in real alcoholic beverage samples and the results are coincident with those by densimetry.[著者文摘]
