摘 要:
针对数控加工中刀具变形引起的加工误差问题,以球头刀具为研究对象,通过建立球头刀具铣削力模型和刀具受力引起的变形模型。对球头刀具变形引起的加工误差进行研究,建立球头铣刀刀具变形引起的加工误差仿真预测模型;在数控加工几何仿真和铣削力仿真的基础上开发了球头铣刀刀具变形引起的加工误差仿真预测功能,并集成到数控加工仿真系统中用于刀具变形引起的加工误差预测。加工验证实验表明所提出的球头铣刀刀具变形引起的加工误差模型预测的可靠性。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
The cutting force and tool deflection models of ball-end milling cutter are established for the problem of tool deflection-induced error. The machining error model is proposed for the tool deflection-induced error of the ball-end milling cutter and the model is integrated into the NC machining geometric simulation prototype. The simulation prediction function of tool deflection-induced error is realized. Various experiments verify the validity of the proposed error model. The result shows that the proposed error model can accurately predicte the machining error in the NC mill machining.[著者文摘]
