摘 要:
从极间放电特性的角度,分析了目前阻碍高速走丝电火花线切割(WEDM-HS)工艺指标提高的原因。指出WEDM-HS在使用含油比例较少的复合工作液作工作介质后,会因为极间冷却状态的改善而获得切割工艺指标的大幅度提高,一次稳定切割的效率已经超过200 mm^2/min。[著者文摘]

High Efficiency Machining Mechanism by Using Composite Cooling Liquid in WEDM-HS

Abstract:
The reason difficult to raise machining index of high speed wire-cut electrical discharge ma- chining (WEDM-HS) is analyzed from the basic discharge characteristic theory. The WEDM-HS machining index can be improved by using composite cooling liquid. The composite cooling liquid limits the oil component and the strong washing ability and improves the cooling situation in the discharge gap. The experimental result proves that machining index of WEDM-HS can be increased. The first steady cutting rate exceeds 200 mm^2/min.[著者文摘]
