摘 要:
介绍了巯基丙磺酸法催化合成双酚芴新工艺。并对酚酮物质的量比、反应温度、反应时间、催化剂用量等工艺条件进行了研究。优惠工艺条件为:固定芴酮的量为0.5mol时,n(苯酚):n(芴酮)=5:1,催化剂巯基丙磺酸的量18g,在80℃反应5h。优惠工艺条件下双酚芴的收率为93.4%,纯度为99.3%以上,并对产物进行了结构分析与表征。[著者文摘]

Research on Synthesis Process of BHPF Catalyzed by Thiohydracryfic Acid

Abstract:
The new synthesis process of bisphenol fluorene (BHPF) with thiohydracrylic acid as catalyst was introduced in this paper. The mol ratio between phenol and fluorene, reaction time, temperature, catalyst consumption were investigated. The optimized process conditions were as follows: when the amount of fluorenone is set to be 0.5 mol, the mol ratio between phenol and fluorenone is 5 : 1, consumption of thiohydracrylic acid 18 g and maintained at 80℃ for 5 hrs. Under such conditions the yield of BHPF can be as high as 93.4% with purity over 99.3%. The structure and characterization of the produce was also analyzed.[著者文摘]
