以巨桉及其杂交种为主要研究对象,通过6年的组织培养研究,总结出影响桉树组培苗根系发育的几个关键因子,包括基本培养基、活性炭、抗坏血酸、生长素、茎段年龄及生理状态、温度、光照等,以及各因子的影响规律。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
Through a long-term systematic study of eucalyptus tissue culture, some key factors of influencing the adventitious root system of its seedlings are found out, including basic culture media, AC, Vc, auxin, age and state of the physiology of shoots, temperature, illumination, and their regularities of effecting the root development.[著者文摘]
