摘  要:

经过正交试验设计研究不同扦插基质、促根剂及浓度对崖豆藤生根情况的影响。结果表明,扦插基质和促根剂对生根均有一定影响,促根剂浓度500×10^-6和1 000×10^-6的差异不显著,各因素最佳组合是以黄壤为基质、生根粉6号为促根剂、浓度500×10^-6。并探索了不同扦插时间对生根的影响,6月及9月份的生根成活率较低,处理2最高也才达34%,最低为15%,在3月、4月、5月、10月份生根率差异不大,处理9差异最高,为10%,处理4差异最低,为1%。[著者文摘]

Techniques of Raising Seedlings of Millettia Wight et Arn

Abstract:

Based on the orthogonal experiment design, different growth media, hormone for rooting and the concentration were studied for rooting of miUettia wight et Am. The results showed that the cutting growth media and hormone for rooting had different influences. 500 ×10^-6 and 1 000×10^-6concentration of hormone for rooting was not remarkable. The best combination of various factors was to take the yellow soil as the growth media,rooting powder 6 and 500 ×10^-6concentration. The different cuttage time was studied on the influence of rooting rate. The survival rate of cutting was lower in June and September, the root rate with treatment 2 was the highest,reaching to 34%, the lowest being 15% ; The differences of the rooting rate were not big in March , April, May and October. The highest difference with treatment 9 was 10%, and the lowest difference with treatment 4 was 1%.[著者文摘]
