摘 要:
为了提高成纱质量,对CJ5.83tex品种在FA497型粗纱机上的总牵伸倍数、后区牵伸分配、罗拉隔距、摇架加压、钳口隔距等工艺参数进行了一系列试验优选,结果表明,FA497型粗纱机总牵伸倍数设定必须综合考虑细纱牵伸能力和成纱质量;后区牵伸控制在弹性牵伸或稍大于弹性牵伸的范围内;其牵伸钳口下的须丛分散扁平,可采用较轻压力,有利于延长胶辊寿命;在保证正常牵伸的前提下,粗纱钳口隔距应偏小掌握。采取优选的工艺参数后,CJ5.83tex成纱质量明显提高。[著者文摘]

Spinning Processing Optimization and Production Experiences of FA497 Roving Machine

Abstract:
To improve yarn quality, processing parameter of CJ 5.83 tex yarn in FA497 roving machine such as total draft multiple, back zone draft distribution, roller gauge, saddle weighting and nip gauge were tested and optimized. The result shows that total draft multiple of FA497 roving machine should be set according to spinning draft ability and yarn quality. Back zone draft should be controlled in the scope of elastic draft or slightly larger than elastic draft. Strand of fibre in draft nip is dispersive and flat, slight pressure could be adopted,which could prolong rubber-covered roll life. Roving nip gauge should be set as small as possible in the precondition of assuring normal draft. CJ 5.83 rex yarn quality is improved distinctly after optimizing processing parameter.[著者文摘]
