摘 要:
为了顺利纺制Taly29．5tex纯纺纱，保证成纱质量，针对Taly纤维的性能特点，对纺纱工艺进行生产试验。结果表明：Taly纤维强力较低，长度整齐度较好，清梳工序要减轻打击、柔和梳理，并条、粗纱、细纱工序采用重加压、大隔距工艺，细纱和络筒工序要减少纱线毛羽的产生。各工序采取相关工艺技术措施后，成纱质量达到要求。[著者文摘]

Spinning Practice of Taly Fibre

Abstract:
To spin 29.5 tex pure Taly yarn and assure yarn quality, spinning production were tested and carried out according to Taly characteristic. The result shows that strength of Taly fibre is lower, its length uniform is better, beating and carding should be slight and tender in picking and carding process, heavier pressure and larger gauge were adopted in drawing, roving and spinning process. Hairiness should be reduced in spinning and winding process. Yarn quality could satisfy the demands after adopting corresponding processing measurement in each process.[著者文摘]
