摘 要:
研究了7种外生菌根真菌对马尾松、黑松和湿地松出苗和生长的影响。结果表明,播种时接种外生菌根菌可提高种子的出苗率,并使出苗时间提前。菌根菌能显著提高松苗的苗高、地径、侧根数和干重。3种松苗中,菌根菌对马尾松生长的促进作用最明显,其次为黑松,再次为湿地松。就各种菌根菌而言,以504菌株的接种效果最好,其次为EG;Pt2对马尾松和黑松的促生效果较好;Pt1和ZJ对3种松苗促生效果相对较差;505和HX仅对马尾松的促生效果较明显。菌根菌对松苗促生作用的大小与菌根形成状况有一定关系。[著者文摘]

Effects of Ectomycorrhizal Fungi on Germination and Growth of Pines

Abstract:
Effects of 7 strains of ectomycorrhizal fungi on germination and growth of Pinus massoniana , P. thunbergii and P. elliottii seedlings were studied in this paper. The results showed that inoculating ectomycorrhizal fungi when the seeds were planted increased percentage of germination and made seeds germinate ahead of time, Ectomycorrhizal fungi can evidently promote the growth of pine seedlings in the height, root collar diameter, number of lateral root and dry weight. Among three sorts of pine seedlings, P. massoniana grew the best, followed by P. thunbergii, then P. elliottii. B. edulis had the best effect on promoting growth, followed A. pantherina; Pt2 had better effect on promoting growth than P. massoniana and P. thunbergii, but Pt1 and L. aemthystea had weaker effects on promoting growth; B. speciosus and R. luteous only had evident effects on promoting growth if it is compared with P. massoniana.[著者文摘]
