摘 要:
在板式家具制造过程中,粗糙度是表面质量的重要指标。将中密度纤维板裁板后放置15个不等的时间段,用轮廓法测定各个时间段的端面粗糙度特征参数。结果表明:轮廓最大高度(Ry)、轮廓算术平均偏差(Ra)及轮廓不平度平均间距(Sm)均受摆放时间的影响,Ra和Ry与时间正相关,Sm与时间负相关。裁板后,板件端面粗糙度随时间的变化呈现一定的规律性,可为后续加工时间的确定提供依据。[著者文摘]

The Regularity of Section Roughness of Board of Panel Furniture with Leaving Time

Abstract:
Surface roughness is an important parameter of surface quality in the course of panel furniture manufacturing. In this study, the parameters of surface roughness of medium density fiberboard(MDF)such as average roughness(Ra), maximum individual peak-to-valley height (Ry) and mean peak-to-volley space (Sin) were measured with outline testing method during the different 15 stages after being sawed. The result indicated that the parameters of Ra,Ry and Sm were influenced by leaving time. Ra and Ry have a definite positive linearly correlation with leaving time. Sm has a negative linear correlation with leaving time. It was concluded that the surface roughness of board displays linearly relation with leaving time after being sawed. It was helpful in the determination of the processing time of following procedures in manufacturing.[著者文摘]
