摘 要:
针对叠层型电磁屏蔽胶合板导电层不在材料表面,导致了常规方法制备的试样电磁屏蔽效能测试结果不准确的问题,应用改进型的法兰同轴测试装置。研究了在100kHz~1.5GHz频段、远场条件下的同轴测试方法。采用导电涂料将试样封边的方法,减小了试样与内外导体接触阻抗对测试结果的影响,提出了一种较为恰当的试样制备方法。[著者文摘]

Improvement of coaxial test method for the electromagnetic shielding plywood

Abstract:
The electromagnetic shielding effectiveness of laminated type of the electromagnetic plywood can not be measured correctly using conventional sample preparation process. The reason is that conductive layer is not directly accessible from the surface of the material. Its test methods were studied at the far field conditions over a frequency range of 100 kHz to 1.5 GHz using a noncontinuous, flanged coaxial TEM cell. The influence of the contact impendences between the sample and the inner/outer conductors of the cell on these material' s SE - values was reduced by sealing the sample' s edge with conductive dope. A new proper method for test sample preparation was presented.[著者文摘]
