柳蓝叶甲对几种植物气味的触角电位反应

摘 要:
测定了柳蓝叶甲(Plagiodera versicolora)对寄主植物杨树(Populus sp.)、柳树(Salix sp.)和非寄主植物苦楝树(Melia azedarach)叶片气味的触角电位反应。结果表明:柳蓝叶甲对杨树叶片气味的触角电位反应随日龄的增加而增强;对寄主植物杨树、柳树和非寄主植物苦楝树的叶片气味均有较强的触角电位反应;对非寄主植物苦楝树叶气味的触角电位反应显著大于对寄主植物柳树叶片的反应。利用嗅觉仪的测定结果表明,柳蓝叶甲对非寄主植物苦楝树叶片气味的EAG反应与其选择行为反应之间表现出负相关关系。[著者文摘]

Electroantennogram responses of Plagiodera versicolora to leaf odors of several plant species

Abstract:
The Electroantennogram (EAG) responses of Plagiodera versicolora to leaf odors of host plants,i, e. , Populus sp. , Salix sp. , and non-host plants, i. e. , Melia azedarach, were investigated. The results showed that its EAG responses to leaf odors of Populus sp. increased with adult ages. The strong EAG activities to leaf odors were found not only in host plants, i.e. ,Populus sp. , Salix sp. , but also in non-host plant,i, e. , M. azedarach, The EAG responses to leaf odors of M. azedarach were significantly stronger than that of Salix sp.. Results also indicated that there was a negative correlation between the host selection behavior of P. versicolo and its EAG responses to leaf odors of non-host plants, M. azedarach.[著者文摘]
