矿用大功率提升绞车无级调速器设计研究

摘 要:
矿用大功率提升绞车在工作时,需要实行无级自动调速,以达到工作平稳、冲击小的目的,其中关键部件就是无级调速器.根据虚拟样机技术,用机械式行星齿轮传动调速来取代以往的液压式/变频式调速装置.研究内容包括产品概念设计、有限元分析、根据优化算法编写MATL媪程序运行代码,以求达到结构尺寸的最优化,从而完成产品详细设计;研究成果经过煤机企业的样机试制与用户使用,反映良好,技术性能上完全符合要求,制造成本降低近1/2,具有很好的市场前景.[著者文摘]

A Design Research on Automatic Shift of High-Power Upgrade Winch in Mine

Abstract:
When the upgrade winch works, it needs automatic shift to meet the purpose of the steady work and light shock. So its key part is the automatic shift. Based on the virtual prototype technique, this paper implemented a design research proceeding from configuration and principle, and replaced the former hydraulic pressure equipment or frequency conversion equipment by a mechanism gear drive system. Research contents include concept design, finite element analysis, and editing program code by optimizing arithmetic, so as to reach the optimization in the size of the construction and then finish product's particular design. The research production was made first by coal-machine enterprise and applied by users. The feedback effect has been good. The technique performance is up to the mustard, and the manufactured cost falls by nearly 1/2, So it will have good market prospects.[著者文摘]
