Magnetic Property of Manganite La0.5Dy0.2Sr0.3MnO3 Doped with Double Rare-Earth

Abstract:
The sample La0.5 Dy0.2 Sr0.3 MnO3 was prepared by solid-state reaction, and its magnetic properties were studied through the measurement of M-T curves, M-H curves and ESR curves of the sample. The results showed that the sample La0.5 Dy0.2 Sr0.3 MnO3 transformed from paramagnetic phase to ferromagnetic phase at Tc, and when T 〈 Tc, it was in the glass state of cluster-spin, the sample showed the ferrimagnetism; but if the temperature was higher than Tc, the phase separation occurred; a smart peak of magnetization strength caused by the rotation of La (Dy) sub-lattice magnetic domain was observed near by TN in the M-T curves.[著者文摘]
