微孔复合隔膜在镍电解中的实验研究

摘  要:

介绍了微孔复合隔膜在镍电解中的应用,在pH值为4.5-4.8,电解液比重为1.175-1.180 g.cm-3,电流强度为4.5-5.0 A,液位差为50 mm的条件下,以复合隔膜和棉隔膜作对比进行了4个月的连续运行试验。试验结果表明,复合隔膜比棉隔膜的使用寿命长,电解后微孔复合隔膜的性能指标比棉隔膜稳定,透水率2.5×10^2(ml.cm-2.min-1),最大孔径4.5μm,平均孔径2.0μm,膜比电阻1600Ω.cm-1左右,而且套有复合隔膜的阴极板上沉积镍的速率远大于套有棉隔膜的阴极板,达到5 g.d-1。复合隔膜材料的耐酸、耐温,具有良好的化学稳定性和抗氧化性能。[著者文摘]

Abstract:

The application of microporous composite membrane in the nickel electrolysis was mainly introduced.pH value was 4.5~4.8,the density of electrolyte was 1.175~1.180 g·cm-3,the electric current intensity was 4.5~5.0 A,the difference of the liquid level was 50 mm.Under the above additions the microporous composite membrane and the filter fabric were compared with the fabric filter in long running experiment for 4 months.The experiment results showed that the life time of microporous composite membrane was longer than that of the fabric filter,and after electrolysis,the performances of microporous composite membrane were more stable than that of the fabric filter.The permeate rate was 2.5×102ml·cm-2·min-1,the max pore size was 4.5 μm,the average pore size was 2.0 μm and the membrane resistance was about 1600 Ω·cm-1.The deposit rate of nickel on the cathode plate in the bag of microporous composite membrane was faster than that of the fabric filter,it could reach 5 g per day.The chemical stability of microporous composite membrane was resistant with acid,heat and oxidation.[著者文摘]
