纳米ZrO2粒子改性不饱和聚酯树脂的研究

摘 要:
针对不饱和聚酯树脂(UPR)强度低、性脆等缺陷,用添加纳米ZrO2粒子的方法对其进行改性。在反应器内原位合成法制备了UPR,并将改性后的纳米ZrO2粒子均匀的掺加在其中。结果表明:当纳米粒子质量百分比用量为5%时,与未经改性的树脂比较,改性后的UPR弯曲强度提高了52%,弹塑性变形提高了32%,并且材料的表干性性能也有所改善。这种方法改性UPR简单易行,在提高产品柔韧性的同时,强度也得到了提高,有望应用于工业化生产。[著者文摘]

Using Nano-ZrO2 to Modify the Unsaturated Polyester Resin

Abstract:
The unsaturated polyester resin(UPR) has the shortage of low intensity and brittle.The modified nano-ZrO2 mixed equably with the in-situ synthesized UPR in reactor and its mechanical property were studied to modify UPR.The results showed that when the UPR was with 5% content in mass nanometer ZrO2 its tensile strength and bending strength were higher than the untreated UPR.The bending strength and elastoplastic deformation(mm) were improved more than 52% and 32% respectively.At the same time,the drying index of its surface in air was also developed.This method to modify UPR was simple and available.After the modifying,its mechanical properties of flexibility and strength could be enhanced also.[著者文摘]
