从我国林产品的供需态势、技术方向和政策取向三个方面，介绍我国林产品的发展现状与前景，分析了中国林产品在世界林产品进出口贸易的内在潜力与资源优势。指出中国经济社会的持续快速稳定协调发展，为中国林产品的市场供需与贸易投资提供了广阔的发展空阃与研发平台，带来了巨大的发展机遇。[著者文摘]

Current Status and Future Perspective of Forest Products Development in China

Abstract:
China＇s national statistics authority reported that China＇s GDP growth rate in 2005 is expected to reach as high as 9. 8%. Such rapid economic and social development provides huge development platforms and opportunities for market supply and demand as well as trade and investment in the forest products sector. The current status and future potential o[ the forest products industry in China are described for three areas of trade： supply and demand, technical orientation and policy direction; and finally, a summary of the importance of Chinese forest products in the import-export trade of the world＇s forest products.[著者文摘]
