马尾松微波间歇干燥对干燥效率与速率的影响

摘 要:
分析马尾松木材微波干燥速率随时间的变化规律,比较微波连续辐射和间歇辐射对木材干燥速率和微波能利用效率的影响。结果表明:木材微波干燥过程可以分成加速段、恒速段和减速段3个阶段;在微波干燥过程中,木材含水率在纤维饱和点以上时,其平均干燥速率和水分蒸发效率比在纤维饱和点以下时的高;采用适当间歇辐射对木材输入微波能,微波能利用率较高。[著者文摘]

Drying Efficiency and Rate for Masson Pine Using an Intermittent Microwave Drying Method

Abstract:
The authors analyzed the relationship between drying rate and time in microwave drying. They also studied the effects between continuous and intermittent microwave drying with respect to drying rate and microwave utilization efficiency. The results showed that. 1 ) the microwave drying process of wood was divided into three stages: accelerating, constant-speed and decelerating; 2) during the microwave drying process, the average drying rate and specific moisture evaporation rate were higher when the wood moisture content was above the fiber saturation point than when below it; 3) using the proper radiation frequency to obtain the optimum microwave energy utilization efficiency, such as one minute on and two minutes off.[著者文摘]
